Deer and Cheesy Potatoes

So I couldn’t decide on a name for this recipe so it’s just deer and cheesy potatoes. 

Takes about an hr. from start to finish and is extremely easy.

Ingredients:

1 lb of deer meat or beef

about 4 large russet potatoes peeled and diced

1 can cheese soup

1/2 cup beef broth

1/2 can diced tomatoes with green peppers

1 cup shredded cheese

Preheat your oven to 350. First you’ll want to brown your deer or beef. While it is browning peel and dice your potatoes. Once your meat is browned add in the soup ,broth ,tomatoes and cheese. Leave some cheese out for sprinkling  on the top. Once mixed well pour in a 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish and bake at 350 for about 45 min. to 1 hr. make sure your potatoes are good and tender before serving.
