This is a really easy breakfast if your getting tired of the same old thing. I like Varity when it comes to breakfast so I am always trying new things. I like pretty much anything with eggs so this is something I really like.
what you’ll need:
1 mini refrigerated croissant roll
1/4 cup of cheese
salt and pepper to taste
I simple took one croissant roll and flattened it out with a roller. I then put it in the oven for 4 min.
While the croissant roll was baking I scrabbled one egg on the stop top just until it wasn’t runny anymore. not completely done like I like them.
after the 4 min. I took the croissant roll out of the oven and put the egg and cheese on top of it. stuck it back in the oven for 3-4 more minutes until it was golden. I added a little pepper and salt. Now enjoy!
