Avacodo and Egg Breakfast 

I’m loving this 434 calorie breakfast. A fried egg, avocado, ham , a tiny bit of sharp cheddar and my greens drink. I’ve been trying to eat better lately. I fell into a bad habit of eating anything quick and satisfying so I’ve been really concentrating the last week to find things that are delicious and much better for me. I was feeling so tired, bloated and just all around crappy. I have felt so much better the last few days(other than the poison ivy I have!)

It’s really simple to make and here is how.

You’ll need:

1 egg

1/4 of an avocado

one slice of  ham

1 tbsp. olive oil

Shredded cheddar

I fried my egg in the olive oil. While it was starting to fry I mashed up my avacodo with a little salt and pepper. When my egg is almost done I spread the avacodo one it. Then I sprinkled some cheese and laid my ham on top.  I like to mix my greens with orange juice. Enjoy a light but very filling breakfast. 434 total calories including the drink. It may seem like a lot of calories for one breakfast but it comes packed FULL of vitamins and nutrients.
