Banana Oatmeal Pancakes 

These clean eating pancakes are so good and refreshing. Not heavy like traditional pancakes and very filling.

Ingredients:

2 eggs,

1 banana,

3/4 cup oats,

1/2 cup apple sauce(can use sour cream for substitute)

1tsp vanilla,

1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all ingredients well. Do not over mix.  Heat a pan with a bit of real butter and cook just as you would regular pancakes. These cook fairly quickly. If you turn them too often they will fall apart. Top them with some all natural real maple syrup and you have a very quick and healthy breakfast.
